The Value Realization Framework training allowed us to categorize our clients and adapt our approach to each of them. This allowed us to become more efficient in our customer approach, in our actions to be taken, and also in our analyses at the client portfolio level. The workshop led by Alex allowed us to develop new ideas and further enrich our discussions with our clients. The workshop allowed us to co-construct a Success Plan, which makes our client interactions better structured.

The Customer Success Plan is built as we go along and allows us to understand exactly what the customer's state of mind is, and more generally, their relationship with us through their satisfaction. We can have a clear idea at a glance of their business objectives, their challenges, current constraints, and the achievements we will be able to accomplish during the year.
